Oakbrook Business School organized a round table discussion on: “Expectations and Experiences of Corporates from Summer Interns”. The event was held on 14th July 2018, Saturday.

The meet was organized in the view of sharing of experiences between Corporate and Academia. There were a total of 41 companies where our students of Batch 2017-19 underwent their Summer Internship.

At the meet, Corporates shared their valuable inputs as to what an organization expects from MBA-fresher’s in terms of skills and subject knowledge. They also shared their experiences related to students’ knowledge, skills and attitude while undergoing training. They also suggested the ways to improve them.

Students being a part of the discussion the meet turned out to be very fruitful in terms of the target audience, our students. All the points discussed by the Corporates and academicians indicated that all the three stake-holders (Student, Company and the Educational Institute) need to work hand-in-hand for a successful Summer Internship.
